Anyone who suffers from back pain knows how much it can interfere with everyday life. It makes work, recreation, mobility and even sleep more difficult. Whether standing, sitting or lying down, the debilitating pain often does not go away. Even if the pain does subside for a time, it usually tends to flare up again when least expected. For this reason, it makes more sense to take steps to prevent back pain than to treat or manage the pain once an injury occurs.
