The police report said that Unit 1 was towing Unit 2 and collided with Unit 3. The report went on to say that Unit 1 failed to yield right of way and crossed in front of Unit 3 causing the vehicles to collide.

Unit 1 was a pickup truck owned by a rental store. Unit 2 was the trailer he was towing. Unit 3 was the car traveling on the same road in the opposite direction. The pickup truck traveled through a no crossing zone and into the west-bound lane of travel.

On the day of the accident, a woman was traveling west in her vehicle, going approximately 50 to 55 mph, and the driver of the pickup truck was traveling east. She saw the truck turn in front of her, but there was no time for her to react. The truck appeared to be turning onto a private dirt road. The woman’s vehicle hit the right side of the trailer with the passenger front side of her car and her airbag deployed. She had bruising on her thighs, upper and lower part of her legs, and on her arms.
