Register by Oct. 31 to receive the biggest savings on show registration and event tickets. This year, two new ways to enjoy the show are being offered:

The ARA Show All-Access Pass — The newest way to experience The ARA Show and its networking events includes access to the new Hospitality Lounge, where you’ll feel like a VIP as you network and relax while enjoying complimentary beverages, snacks and Wi-Fi.

The ARA Show Networking Package — Get all the excitement from the show and its can’t-miss networking events with this package (Hospitality Lounge access is not included).

The show will return to the Orange County Convention Center, North/South Concourse in Orlando. It will begin with a full day of education on Feb. 12. The trade show will follow from Feb. 13-15.

Saturday, Feb. 11, will feature two brand-new education opportunities. On the equipment side, Future of Equipment Rental will include education sessions featuring industry experts who will cover best practices, technologies and innovative ideas to propel your business forward. Those on the event side have enjoyed Events & Tents in the past but new for 2023 is EventsU. This event-specific education program will include sessions led by nationally-known experts and industry veterans. Future of Equipment Rental and EventsU have separate registration fees.
