The ARA Show offers education for everyone in the rental industry

During The ARA Show™ 2023, held Feb. 11-15 in Orlando, attendees will have numerous opportunities to pick up tips and learn new ways to make their businesses more successful. On Sunday, Feb. 12, those with full registration have the opportunity to attend 16 education sessions organized into four tracks:

• Learn and Lead Track
• Connect and Collaborate Track
• Empower and Engage Track
• Plan and Strategize Track

The day will provide a variety of educational sessions for employees at any level. The sessions will cover unique topics, such as:

• Creating happy, motivated and engaged employees
• Developing an inclusive workplace culture
• How to recruit and retain Gen Z and millennials
• Navigating mergers and acquisitions
• Preparing to sell your business
• Rising up to the challenges of today’s workplace
• Succession planning
• Workforce wellbeing

In addition to the Sunday education sessions, Future of Equipment Rental and EventsU (formerly Events & Tents) education sessions will be held on Saturday, Feb. 11. Future of Equipment Rental is designed specifically for those in the equipment rental industry. EventsU will focus on education for the event rental industry. Each is a separate program with additional registration fees.
