The new third-party transport functionality from MCS Rental Software, Birmingham, Ala., gives rental companies better visibility of when, where and how equipment has been delivered without relying on returned paperwork from a third-party haulage transporter weeks later. Third-party transport companies are alerted by email when a new job has been allocated to them. These can then be sent to a specific driver who can access the MCS Mobile solution to complete the job.
