Show off your team’s talent at The ARA Show

During The ARA Show™ 2023 and EventsU (formally Events & Tents), digital photos of select events will be on display to showcase the talent of those in the event rental industry. The Inspiration Gallery is designed to highlight the hard work and challenges those in the industry overcome to create amazing events.  

The gallery will feature photos and a description of a challenging event and what was done to make it a success. In the past, challenges have included: 

• Dealing with severe weather. 
• Difficult locations, like setting up a tented event on a barge. 
• Working around wildlife, like tarantulas.  
• Requests for custom work, such as using reclaimed wood to make a tent look like a barn. 
• Tight deadlines.  

Back for 2023, a “Best in Show” also will be selected. Recipients of this designation will win a free program registration for a Certified Event Rental Professional (CERP) certification and be featured in an event profile story in Rental Management magazine.
