IronCraft, Athens, Tenn., formerly branded Titan Implement, has named Arden Schwandt as chief financial officer. He succeeds Mike Hutsell, chief financial officer, who is retiring. Schwandt served as chief financial officer of M-D Building Products, an Oklahoma-based building products manufacturer. Previously, he spent 27 years at The Charles Machine Works, the parent company of Ditch Witch, serving in a variety of accounting and finance roles both in corporate and dealership settings.
Kohler Co., Kohler, Wis.: David Kohler has been elected by the Kohler Co. board of directors as chair of the board following the death of executive chairman Herbert Kohler Jr. on Sept. 3. David also is the current president and CEO of the company. He has been with the company for more than 31 years and was elected to the role of president and CEO in 2015, having previously served as president and chief operating officer since 2009. He is the fourth generation of Kohler family leadership since the company’s inception in 1873.
Tsurumi America, Glendale Heights, Ill.: Elsa Bueno has been named marketing manager for North America. Bueno has more than 15 years of experience in various industries. She will oversee Tsurumi’s branding strategy to grow the company’s presence in key segments.
