Fecon, Lebanon, Ohio: Brandon Flexsenhar has been named chief operating officer (COO), a new position within the company. He has served in a variety of production and operations positions with companies such as Caterpillar, LB Steel, Fairbanks Morse Engine, Putzmeister and most recently as vice president of operations for KION.

Isuzu Motors America, Plymouth, Mich.: Masaaki Sugino has been named executive vice president, powertrain division. He has 15 years of extensive training and multiple global management positions within Isuzu Motors Limited. Naoki Oka, prior executive vice president, has retired. 

JLG Industries, McConnellsburg, Pa.: Andy Daw has been named vice president of global procurement and supply chain for the Oshkosh Access segment, which includes the JLG aerial equipment and Jerr-Dan towing and recovery equipment brands. Daw will lead the brands’ global procurement and supply chain teams, providing a strategic vision for growth and implementing enterprise-wide initiatives to build and maintain a resilient supply chain for the company. Daw has more than 20 years of working experience in the heavy equipment and engine industries.

Kirby-Smith Machinery, Oklahoma City: Wade Gaines has been named vice president of parts. He will provide strategic oversight of the company’s parts operations, while also establishing new vendor relationships and growth opportunities. Gaines has more 31 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry, most recently serving in various parts sales management roles for Komatsu America Corp.

Power Equipment Co., Louisville, Ky.: Anthony Boone has been named corporate product support manager. He joined the company in April 2022 and has more than 20 years of experience in the industry.

Shelter Structures America, Palos Verdes Estates, Calif.: Douglas Crowe has been named executive account and sales manager leading outside sales for the company. Crowe has more than 20 years of sales and c-level executive experience in the event industry. He will be developing and implementing overall sales and client management strategies across all Shelter platforms with a special focus on Shelter’s new event furniture division within Shelter Event Equipment.
