Matthew Moxley, 37, of Independence, Ohio, died May 1, 2022. Moxley was the warehouse manager at Event Source, Cleveland, for 11 years. He is survived by his wife Heather; sons Michael, Madden and Macon; siblings Lynette (Mike) and Marc (Wendy), and many nieces and nephews.
