The American Rental Association (ARA) is continuing to work on strengthening the equipment and event rental workforce by creating programs to help with recruitment and retention.
In order to develop these programs, ARA is asking members to take part in the “Equipment Rental Staffing Diversity Survey” and “Event Rental Staffing Diversity Survey.”
ARA emailed the surveys on Sunday, Jan. 23, to primary contacts at equipment and event rental businesses that have not yet completed the survey. The email subject line was “Your help is needed by Jan. 28.”
Inside the email, recipients will find a link to the survey. The survey, which only takes a few minutes to complete, will be used to help the association get a better understanding of the industry’s workforce needs and develop resources that can help.
