Caterpillar, Deerfield, Ill.: Julie Lagacy, current vice president of the Enterprise Strategy Division, has been named the company’s first chief sustainability & strategy officer, effective Nov. 1, 2021. The position is designed to enhance the company’s environmental, social and governance (ESG)-related disclosures and tie a portion of executive compensation to ESG.

Felling Trailers, Sauk Centre, Minn.: Joel Lindmeyer has been named Great Lakes regional sales manager. In this role, he will be responsible for all sales development, activity and dealer support within Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky.

JLG Industries, McConnellsburg, Pa., an Oshkosh Corp. company: Cody Rainer has been named as director of channel development to lead the company’s expanding initiatives within the agricultural sector. He will be responsible for working to establish a dedicated dealer network for JLG® agricultural telescopic handlers, while overseeing all sales and aftermarket efforts including parts, service and training.

Terex Corp., Norwalk, Conn.: Julie Beck has been named senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) — succeeding John Sheehan, who is retiring. Beck will join Terex as senior vice president, finance on Nov. 1, and become chief financial officer effective Jan. 1, 2022. She will serve on the corporation’s executive leadership team. To help ensure a smooth transition, Sheehan will remain as CFO until Dec. 31, 2021, and retire on April 1, 2022.
