Listen now: Pandemic necessities help push rental company forward

Jun. 20, 2021

Rental Management recently spoke to Andrew Heesacker, president and CEO, Arvada Rent-Alls, Arvada, Colo., and American Rental Association (ARA) Region Seven director, about his experience during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and how his company is moving forward. Like many rental companies, Arvada Rent-Alls began going paperless and using curbside pickup during the pandemic. Heesacker thinks these services will be expanded in the future.

“I foresee paperless being quickly around the corner for us personally. We’re waiting on a couple loose ends. I think curbside is going to get more and more popular. We’ve seen an uptick in online orders for rental equipment. I think that is going to get more and more common. This COVID time has helped move that forward for us, so I think two to three years down the road, we’re going to be doing a lot more online orders, curbside and paperless transactions partially due to COVID,” Heesacker says.
