Robert Clager Jr., 73, of Gibsonia, Pa., died Feb. 22, 2021. Clager was the owner of Rental Time in Gibsonia. He previously served as director and secretary of the ARA of Pennsylvania. Clager is survived by his children, Deborah and David (Alexis Contosta).
