The impact 2020 has had on businesses will be felt for years to come. While a year filled with coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns, new safety regulations and record-breaking natural disasters has come to a close, there still is a lot to be learned as we move into 2021.

Jamie Cox, claims/risk manager, ARA Insurance, Kansas City, Mo., recently shared insight on the frequency and severity of insurance claims filed in 2020 and what those mean for the equipment and event rental industry. She also shares the impact COVID-19 and natural disasters have had and what rental businesses can do to help reduce their risks in the new year.
