Members of the American Rental Association (ARA) can find help and guidance when dealing with human resources issues through the association’s new partnership with Ogletree Deakins.

Ogletree Deakins is a legal firm with an HR focus. The experts there are prepared to help ARA members with a variety of HR needs — including the complex issues surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19).

Through ARA’s HR Assistance Program, members can receive:

  • A single sign on from the ARA webpage to a microsite specific to ARA on the Ogletree Deakins platform.
  • Two 30-minute calls with an HR professional per year.
  • Access to an FAQ section as well as to Ogletree Deakins’ library of webinars.
  • Access to Ogletree Deakins’ ARA-specific webinars.
  • Access to state-specific information on Ogletree Deakins’ State Desk Reference page.

ARA members in Canada also can benefit from this partnership. Ogletree has offices throughout the country with staff who are well versed in Provincial and Territorial rules and regulations specific to Canada. Any Canadian requests will be routed to those locations to ensure members are receiving the most updated, accurate information and forms.
