The official website of the show provides the show schedule, education and event details, an exhibitor search, information for exhibitors, hotel booking and more. The website also includes resources and information regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19). This section will keep attendees and exhibitors up to date on what to expect in Las Vegas.
The ARA Show app
Whether you’re looking for an exhibitor’s booth, the schedule, an event location or a show map, you’ll find it all on the app. Available in September, the 2021 information will be on the same app as the 2020 and 2019 shows, so there is no need to download a new app if you still have it downloaded. You can log into the app to create your personal schedule as well as a list of exhibitors to visit and more. The app also includes Las Vegas information, maps, a barcode for easy badge pickup at select registration locations, FAQs and more. It’s available to download through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
The ARA Show social media
Show updates and information will be passed through on social media as well. You can follow and interact with The ARA Show on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. Each channel offers updates as well as photos and videos for those attending the show.
The ARA Show Directory
This publication will have an increased reach in 2021 as it will mail to all Rental Management subscribers with the October 2021 issue. It will also be available on site in Las Vegas. Attendees can use the directory to plan for the show with information on all exhibitors and their products, Show-Only Specials, a show floor map, show schedule, education and event descriptions and more.
The Hot List: New Products at the Show supplement
This special issue is also mailed with the September 2021 issue. It features exhibitor products that are new to the equipment and event rental industry. This supplement also will be available in a digital format and on site at the show.
Rental Pulse and Rental Pulse Daily
The weekly e-newsletter from Rental Management features show information weekly and will have Rental Pulse Daily at The ARA Show. These special editions give attendees the most up-to-date information so they can hit the ground running in Las Vegas.
Rental Management to offer extensive post-show coverage
The ARA Show 2021 in Las Vegas ends on Oct. 20, but attendees will be able to relive the highlights and read about what they might have missed on the show floor through the in-depth news coverage to be featured in the November 2021 issue and the New Products Showcase supplement to be published in January 2022.
The November 2021 edition will include a section for show news coverage, highlighting the Oct. 17 education sessions; the ARA Industry Awards Lunch; the keynote session featuring Carey Lohrenz, the first female F-14 Tomcat fighter pilot in the U.S. Navy; and interviews with attendees and exhibitors.
The January 2022 New Product Showcase supplement will include wide-ranging coverage of the trade show, highlighting products and services seen on the show floor. Each year, Rental Management editors look for unique and different items new to the equipment and event rental industry offered by exhibitors. Those items will be presented as part of the “Seen on the Show Floor” section of the supplement, including “Editor’s Choice” items.
