Talent retention and ‘Survive to Thrive’ tactics highlight ARA of Georgia event

On Jan. 11, the ARA of Georgia hosted “Survive to Thrive,” a presentation themed around tactics that can help take a company's human resources (HR) approach to the next level.

The event, hosted at M&R Equipment Rentals and Sales, Gainesville, Ga., featured guest speaker Scott Mastley, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, chief HR officer at Thread — an organization that helps businesses build high-performance, high-culture companies through workforce management solutions and strategic HR consulting.

The event was sponsored by Point of Rental Software, Snorkel and SolarTechnology/SolarTrak.
