In memoriam: Arnulf ‘Arnie’ Horn

Arnulf “Arnie” Horn, 72, of Cottage Grove, Minn., died Dec. 18, 2021. He was the owner of South Suburban Rental, Newport, Minn. Horn, along with two partners, started the business in 1982. He later bought out the partners in 2001.
