Hello, American Rental Association (ARA) Region Ten members.
It’s an exciting time. Spring is here and things are going full-steam ahead across the country as coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions begin to lift. Let’s hope that trend continues, and that we can really move our businesses forward without obstacles.
I hope you had the chance in February to join the ARA-hosted webinar for Canadian members in Region Ten that was all about staffing and return-to-work requirements. The webinar was presented by Ogletree Deakins, a legal firm with an HR focus. If you didn’t make it to the webinar, here is some information you need to know:
ARA partners with Ogletree Deakins on the ARA Human Resources Assistance Program. Through that program, ARA Region Ten members can receive:
- A single sign-on from the ARA webpage to a microsite specific to ARA on the Ogletree Deakins platform.
- Two free 30-minute calls with an HR professional per year.
- Access to a FAQ section as well as to Ogletree Deakins’ library of webinars.
- Access to Ogletree Deakins’ ARA-specific webinars.
In addition, Ogletree Deakins maintains offices in Canada that are well-versed in provincial and territorial rules and regulations. Get more information on the Human Resources Assistance Program here.
