Deposit (30%) is nonrefundable after September 30, 2008. Booth space canceled (in whole or in part) after Sept. 30, but before Nov. 15, will be assessed a fee of 30 percent of the cost of such canceled booth space. No refunds will be made for canceled booth space (in whole or in part) after Nov. 15, 2008. Exhibit Space contracts with unpaid balances on Nov. 15, 2008, may be canceled by ARA with no refund due. All contracts received after Nov. 15, 2008, must be accompanied by full payment for space reserved.
