Alert Rental Software sets attendance record for its annual conference

Nov. 22, 2020

Alert Rental Software, Colorado Springs, Colo., saw record-breaking attendance for its 35th annual Alert Users Conference, formerly called IAUA. The conference was held virtually Nov. 2-6, 2020, allowing more Alert users than ever to attend.

“We made the decision back in March to transition our Alert User Group Summit to be 100 percent virtual this year,” said Mary Crosslin, Alert Rental co-president/chief operating officer. “We had no idea how long the pandemic was going to last, but we knew that we couldn’t in good conscience ask our clients to spend money traveling to Colorado Springs this year, no matter when the pandemic ended,” she said.

“As it turns out, this event was so well-received by our clients that we’ve decided to always have a virtual component to our in-person conference. Our attendance was up 200 percent from last year, so our clients certainly see the value of gathering annually. We’re committed to bringing our users this valuable content in the best way possible, and have already begun planning next year’s conference,” said Kara Longmire, Alert’s co-president/CEO.

The next Alert Users Group Summit will be held in Colorado Springs — along with an online component — Aug. 8-10, 2021.
