On Nov. 3, 2020, all 435 seats in the U.S. House of Representatives, 35 Senate seats and the office of president of the United States will be up for election. Gubernatorial elections will be held in 11 states and two territories, along with hundreds of state and local elections.
Election Day may be several weeks away but there are numerous options available to cast your vote early. Coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns are expected to lead to more voters casting their ballots early versus visiting their polling place.
These options include absentee voting by mail or in person; voting by mail; early voting in-person; and no excuse early voting. To learn more about these voting options, click here to read an article from the August 2020 issue of Rental Management magazine.
The American Rental Association (ARA) has created the ARA Voter Resource Center — at ARAvotes.com — to help those in the equipment and event rental industry find all the information they need to cast their ballot. Users can type in their address to find personalized voting details, such as important election dates, information on how to register to vote, their polling place locations and other ways to vote. The ARA Voter Resource Center also provides detailed information on top issues, elected officials and the latest political news.
