ARA is an organization of member companies. The Federal Election Commission (FEC) requires member companies of an association to provide pre-approval to the organization’s PAC before the PAC can solicit contributions from employees of these businesses. Therefore, ARAPAC must ask each of our member corporations to provide pre-approval before we can solicit employees of your corporation.
