WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Any rental store owner or manager, whether new to the industry or a
veteran, can benefit from the REAP Program. Membership in the American Rental
Association is not required.
HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
An Advisor Request form can be downloaded here. Complete
the form and indicate the business areas in which you are most interested in
receiving advice. Specify whether you would like to receive advice by phone, e-mail
or fax, or if you would prefer an on-site visit. When you've completed the
form, fax it to the number listed. You will be matched to an advisor by
your goals and their experiences.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
For utilizing REAP services, you are requested to make a tax-deductible
contribution to the ARA Foundation. The donation amount starts at $50,
depending on the services you request. (See the form for details.) REAP offers
a cost-effective way to receive answers to your business questions.
