C.E.R.P. is a self-paced certification program that is structured to maximize
learning in the party and event rental industry. The C.E.R.P. is designed to
provide you with the level of professionalism that will aid and identify you as
an expert in the party and event rental industry. To start on your certification

To earn the C.E.R.P. designation you will need to do the following:
- Complete three courses including the Foundations of the Party and Event
Rental Industry and pass the examinations for those courses. A passing grade
for each exam is 80.
- Complete and pass the C.E.R.P. Essay. You may view the essay by clicking
here.
- Accumulate a minimum of 25 qualifying points which are available through
areas such as the ARA Lending Library, ARA's Event and Tents, professional
industry activity as well as continuing education.
- Complete the certification program within 36 months upon entrance into C.E.R.P. A participant in the program must complete and pass one exam during a 12-month cycle to stay in the program. Failure to complete and pass one course exam during a 12-month cycle will result in the students removal from the program. However, a participant may re-enter the program for a $100 reinstatement fee at which time that person will be given a new extension of 36 months.

courses. Foundations of the Party and Event Rental Industry is a required course
and will be automatically sent to you when you enroll in the program.

- Warewashing – Available in both English and Spanish
