ARA Executive Committee

The Executive Committee members comprise the Audit, Budget and Investment Committees. The Committee acts on behalf of the ARA Board of Directors, as necessary, between meetings and functions as an advisory group to provide input and guidance to the ARA Board of Directors and CEO/staff. The Executive Committee includes the four officers, with the Executive Vice President/CEO serving in a non-voting, advisory capacity, and two directors appointed by the President-Elect each fall to serve a one-year term.
