ARA Board of Directors

The ARA Board of Directors consists of 19 members, which includes 16 general members, 2 associate members and the ARA Chief Executive Officer. Board terms are staggered; therefore, the board composition changes annually, with five or more members completing their terms and leaving the board and the same number beginning their terms. Staggered terms ensure continual change of the board, which is essential to innovative thinking, and provides the opportunity for more members to participate in leading the organization at its highest level of governance. Board terms begin and end each year on the final day of The Rental Show.
