Responsible for organizational planning and governance/operational procedures of the ARA Board of Directors. Manages volunteer development and Board elections. Facilitates special projects and committee work of the Board.

Serves as Development Director for the ARA Foundation and implements the Foundation program work, including the Rental Executive Advisory Program (REAP), scholarships, disaster relief, disaster recovery and the international leadership program. Serves as the staff liaison for the Next Generation of Rental Owners program. Assists in the coordination and administration of committees and other volunteer opportunities. Administers ARA awards programs.
