The Office of the Chief Executive is responsible for the management and administration of the ARA staff and programs, with overall responsibility for ARA subsidiary and the ARA Foundation coordination. This includes industry outreach, organizational planning, coordination of the Board of Directors and implementation of policies established by the Board. The Government Affairs program is within this division.

Conducts and manages operational functions of general membership, customer service, order fulfillment, education/business products, research, information technology (IT)/ Web, ARA State/Local/Provincial Associations, accounting/finance and administration. Coordinates programs with ARA Insurance Services (AIS).

Conducts and manages all aspects of The Rental Show, including the Show directory, and facilitates all ARA meetings and events. Administers programs and services for Associate Members (including Independent Manufacturer Representatives), the ARA Foundation and the Next Generation of Rental Owners, and coordinates ARA awards recognition and committee/task force service.

Conducts and manages ARA communications programs including Conducts and manages ARA communications programs including Rental Management magazine and the weekly e-newsletter RentalPulse. Manages advertising for these publications and the ARA national consumer awareness advertising and marketing campaign. Public relations and media relations programs are also managed in this division.
