Aerial lift manufacturer JLG Industries, McConnellsburg, Pa., will begin laying off about 600 full- and part-time employees next month. Kirsten Skyba, vice president of global marketing for JLG, said that due to the downturn in its end markets, the layoffs would affect all of its manufacturing facilities in North America and overseas.
