Coordinates communication between the President/CEO, AIS employees, AIS and AIL Boards. Ensures the organization, agents and personnel maintain proper insurance licensing and appointments. |

MARKETING AND CLAIMS DIVISIONManages the nationwide relationships with Preferred Insurance Agents who serve the ARA Membership, including their appointment and training. Oversees loss control activities, including the communication of methods to prevent claims. Monitors the claim service provided to the member insured. |

Works to ensure that the agents representing the ARA Insurance Program provide excellent service to the membership. Oversees loss control activities, including writing insurance articles for Rental Management magazine and presenting seminars at association meetings. Supervises the agency's claim function. |

Maura Paternoster, Risk Management Coordinator (Ext. 5015)Works to increase ARA member awareness of issues affecting risk in the rental industry and provide members with tools to reduce their risk. Writes and coordinates articles for ARA publications, and assists in the development and improvement of risk management-related materials and presentations. Serves with ARA's Director of Education & Training as co-staff liaison to the Member Risk Management Committee. |

Elisha Bracy, Claims Coordinator (5044)Assists customers and agents with claim reporting, provides policy coverage information to adjusters, and tracks progress of all claims. Fulfills requests for loss history information. Compiles monthly, quarterly and annual loss summaries, including large losses and claim trends. Serves as primary contact for the Claims Department. |

Margaret Reiter, Marketing Coordinator (Ext. 5019)Assists in growing the base of customers AIS serves from among the ARA membership. Works with preferred agents to develop marketing programs from various lists of insurance prospects to increase awareness and enhance communication. |
UNDERWRITING DIVISIONEnsures that each member is fairly and competitively underwritten within the guidelines negotiated with the insurance company so that each Member insured pays their fair share of the premiums needed to cover the claims and expenses for the Program. |
